CS:GO’s recent patch notes see the end of Operation Broken Fang

Valve has launched the recent patch notes in CS:GO and with this, Operation Broken Fang has come to an end, with Retakes remaining available

In a recent patch update to CS:GO, Valve has announced the end of the fan-favourite Operation Broken Fang. Having said this, some of its more popular features will live on.

Operation Broken Fang ends

With Operation Broken Fang coming to an end, players with unspent stars will have until May 15th to spend them. After this, they will expire.

Premier Competitive and Retakes were popular among Broken Fang fans. These will continue to stay. Premier Competitive is still an option in the Competitive tab and Retakes has a new home among the Wargames.

Important details

For players who want to continue collecting their official Competitive and Wingman stats, they can now subscribe to CS:GO 360 Stats for $0.99 per month. This also applies to those who didn’t participate in Operation Broken Fang but want to try out the stats feature.

This includes access to the CS:GO 360 Stats page. Also, players can grab their team’s Round Win Chance report in Competitive and Premier game modes. Interested gamers can find additional information in the CS:GO 360 Stats help article.

CS:GO Patch Notes: Broken Fang

  • Operation Broken Fang has come to an end. Players who have unredeemed operation stars will have until May 15th to claim their operation rewards.
  • Introducing CS:GO 360 Stats: A subscription service for players who want to continue collecting official Competitive and Wingman stats.
  • Premier Competitive remains available for all players featuring a pick/ban process across the entire Active Duty Group map pool.
  • Retakes remains available and has been moved into Wargames.
