ESL eyes ways to add more CS:GO Teams to its Flasgship Pro League

ESL is looking forward to expanding its CS:GO roster and is already in talks with 15 teams willing to join the league

ESL is looking forward to introduce a process to get more CS:GO teams onboard to its flagship ESL Pro League.  The ESL commissioner has announced the arrival of a “Request for Proposals” system. This will allow interested teams to express an interest in competing at the ESL Pro League level.

Teams need to submit a form. Once submitted the form goes for a review process. The process is approved by existing ESL teams as it will bring in more teams for upcoming seasons of the game.

The organizers will also conduct additional review processes for teams. Here, they will be evaluating a number of organizational elements thoroughly.

These elements include team’s financials and ownership/legal characteristics. Competitive performance, brand vision and values, market research and engagement levels and personnel and infrastructure set up

ESL confirms that they are in final stages of conversation with more than 15 teams interested in joining the league.

ESL’s Commissioner and Co-CEO Ralf Recihert said that it’s the right time for league to explore many ways to extend opportunity to another teams as well.
