The Dota 2 International 2021 Ticket Sales set to go live this month

Valve has announced the ticket sale date for The Dota 2 International 2021 Main Event in Bucharest, Romania. The sale of tickets will be on September 22, at 12:00 EEST.

The International Dota 2 Championships begin with Group Stage on October 7 – 10. This will be followed by the Main Event at National Arena October 12 – 17.

The Dota 2 developer and organizer wants the live participating audience to adhere to the COVID-specific guidelines and vaccination norms. The latest update in Dota 2 includes free access for all Dota players to The International 2021 Compendium.

All Supporters Clubs are now half price. Hence, fans can take advantage of this opportunity to show off their allegiances in their own games.
Tickets to attend the Main Event will be sold in three separate two-day bundles:

  • Midweek 1: (October 12 and 13): 249 Lei
  • Midweek 2: (October 14 and 15) 249 Lei
  • Finals: (October 16 and 17) 999 Lei

Dota 2 International Championships: Players Cards arrive today

Players Cards for the Dota 2 International Championships drop in today. Gamers can start collecting these Player Cards and check out the Talent roster today. The rest of the Compendium will unlock as the event approaches including predictions and fantasy.

Also, a set of rewards arrives, featuring legacy items themed to the black and gold styling of this year’s event. Players can claim their 10 free packs now, and earn another pack each day by winning a single match.

They can also purchase team packs for $0.49, with 50% of each purchase going to the team. Team packs guarantee that the best card in the pack (guaranteed gold or silver) is from that team. In recognition of exemplary fandom, Supporters Clubs members also earn card packs:

  • Bronze: 1 basic pack, 1 team pack
  • Silver: 6 basic packs, 2 team packs (for a total of 7 basic and 3 team packs)
  • Gold: 7 basic packs, 3 team packs (for a total of 14 basic and 6 team packs)
