Valorant Patch Update 2.03 gets new Weapons, Agents, Skin Modifications

Valorant has received its patch 2.03 update and the changes include price modifications for skins, updated agents and weapons

Riot Games has introduced Valorant’s much-awaited patch 2.03 update and it comes with a host of new features.

Valorant is a multiplayer first-person shooter game that is free-to-play. Publisher of this game has so far kept the game fresh with various updates released from time to time.

With the release of its official notes recently, its developers have introduced prominent changes to attract the attention of gamers across the world.

According to the recent news, Frenzy, and Stinger have become a bit more expensive. Reyna, Yoru, Brimstone and Phoenix will too get some updates. Below is a list of all the major changes:

Valorant Agent Update

Reyna

• Maximum Devour and Dismiss charges have reduced from 4 to 2
• The cost of Devour and Dismiss charges have been increased from 100 to 200
• Earlier Reyna has damaged in the last 3 seconds but now even if Reyna does not land the killing shot, it now drop Soul Orbs

Gatecrash

• In the recent update, Gatecrash will now display the range that enemies can see the tether during the process of moving to the minimap
• Enemies can now hear the Gatecrash audio teleport on the minimap

Dimensional Drift

• Minimap of Yoru will now be visible when in the Dimensional Drift

Hot Hands

• The sound of the Hot Hands with the fire zone is now easy to hear

Weapon Updates

Marshal

• In the recent update, the strength of Marshal is sharpened with a movement speed buff when it is zoomed.
• In this recent update, its movement speed will be zoomed at 90% of unzoomed movement speed as compared to previous that was 76%
• There is a decrease in price from 1100 to 1000
• In the current update , the zoom magnification has increased from 2.5x to 3.5x

Stinger (full auto fire)

• Its price has increased from 100 to 1100
• Full auto fire rate is reduced from 18 to 16
• Adjusted vertical pitch recoil curve for full auto

Stinger

• Here, the adjusted vertical pitch recoils more aggressive after the first burst.
• Bursts get more errors
• Recovery time has been improved on burst mode from .45 to .4

In this update, Escalation goes live. This is a quick 5-vs-5 game mode process. The race here is progressively less lethal loadouts with the team.

The loadout gamut will vary from match to match, but it will be always a mix of weapons and abilities
