Free Fire is a Battle Royale game available only on mobile phones. The company which owns this game is known as Garena and is a Singapore-based company. Free Fire is one of the top games giving neck to neck competition to games like PUBG and Fortnite. Free Fire is a multiplayer game played online and a maximum of 54 players play against each other at the same time. The key to the game is that whoever is the last survivor in the match wins. The game has many maps to choose from and if a player wants, he/she can play as a team or as a part of a squad as well. There is a variety of weapons, vehicles and characters available in the game and to obtain them is a task in itself.

The game has been developed by 11 Dots Studio and published by Garena for Android and iOS. Owing to its popularity, the game received the award for the ‘Best Popular Vote Game’ by the Google Play Store in 2019. In May 2020, Free Fire has set a record with over 80 million daily active users globally. As of November 2019, Free Fire has grossed over $1 billion worldwide in revenues.
