Riot Games introduces New Features in Wild Rift patch 2.3

Wild Rift patch 2.3 is now live and players have access to multiple new offerings. These include exciting new Wild Rift features and attractive co-playing options.

Wild Rift patch 2.3: Close Friends

Players and their closest friends can now level up together and earn new friendship titles. They can invite up to 20 friends to be a close friend through one of these titles:

• Perfect Partners
• The Might of Family
• Inseparable Allies
• Wild Rift gets Best Buddies

Once a friend accepts an invitation to become a close friend, gamers will be able to increase their friendship level up to 4 different tiers. They can do so by playing together and gifting each other.

Gamers can also browse a timeline of their memories together while playing Wild Rift. Some of the other perks of upgraded friendships are shared champion pools, online notifications and friend status streaks. They can also show off their status to other players.

Friend Subscriptions in patch 2.3

Gamers can now subscribe to any three friends in their list to be notified when they come online or finish a match. They’ll also show up on the top of a player’s friends list.

All Random All Mid (ARAM) Returns

All Random All Mid is back for its second round of testing as part of Wild Rift’s new features. Based on gamer feedback, Riot is bringing it back earlier than they originally planned. ARAM will be available from June to July.

Network Tools in Wild Rift

Wild Rift players will now be able to check their connection before they get into a game. They can do so through the icon in the top right of the home screen.

Additionally, they can run a network test based on the game they recently played. They can use this to diagnose any issues that are impacting gameplay.
