Google Stadia to Get More Games including Far Cry6 and FIFA 21

Google after shutting down their game development unit, starts rolling out new exciting games for cloud gaming platform including Far Cry 6, FIFA 21, and many more

In an unprecedented move Google earlier this month announced that the tech giant is shutting down its first-party game studio for Stadia. The announcement got mixed responses from gamers and game publishers. In addition, Google added that they are now focusing on turning Stadia into a turn-key cloud solution for publishers for releasing more third-party games.

The company has unearthed few details about the arrival in its blog post published in this week’s Stadia community blog post. It reads that the company is planning to add more than 100 games on the platform throughout 2021. As per the blog post-game titles to be included have already been decided and the final number of games arriving on the platform could increase.   It may exceed the previous numbers as the platform received over 120+ games in 2020.

In the blog post, Google throws some light on the game titles we can see there in 2021. As per the blog post, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Ultimate Edition will arrive on the Stadia platform on February 23rd.  The game is the fourth in the Shantae series released in 2016. This addition will surely fuel the excitement of pro gamers. The platform may also get Shantae: Risky’s Revenge with decent graphics.
