Garena to launch Free Fire event Project Cobra with New Character

Free Fire will soon launch its latest Project Cobra event and a new character Shirou will be introduced with this update along with new skins & utilities

Free Fire will soon launch its next event for Free Fire titles Project Cobra. The key attraction of this event would be the introduction of a new character Shirou, along with many other in-game events slated to be featured in this latest update.

Gamers would be treated to a host of exclusive Project Cobra content along with new utilities and skins on offer.

They also get to choose their favourite characters and update their powers and functionalities by strategic investments. Each character comes with a distinctive set of abilities to assist them during matches.

Shirou comes to Free Fire Project Cobra

To keep the excitement among gamers alive, Free Fire has added a completely new character Shirou to the game. Garena chooses to describe Shirou as ‘The fastest delivery boy around’. Players can thus expect his abilities to revolve around a similar theme.

This new character is deemed to get stronger as his fan base increases. To enhance the visual effects in sync with Shirou’s growing strength during the game, Free Fire has ensured a dynamic visual set up.

This will surely appeal to players who can expect a surprise every time Shirou becomes more powerful.

More features in Free Fire Project Cobra

With this new update, Free Fire will get a host of new content added for gamers. This includes the following:

  • A special interface
  • Peak day activities
  • Group login events
  • Collecting Cobra coin tokens in exchange of Project Cobra-themed rewards

New maps

The Remastered Bermuda map was recently added to Free Fire and owing to its popularity, remains in this update as well. This map can be played in Battle Royale and in the Clash Squad Mode.

Free Fire plans to bring in a few more changes to the Clash Squad mode. This is because the next significant update will come with the Clash Squad mode and a new ‘Dynamic Duo’ mode will be introduced for players.

Some minor changes will be made to Training Grounds as well. Garena intends to revamp their social system in a big way to manage in-game requests better during matches.
