ESL ONE HAMBURG 2018

ESL One Hamburg’s second season is up for the Dota 2 community attracting players, talents, and fans from all over the world into action-filled weekend starting on 26th of October till 28th October.

12 of the world’s best Dota 2 teams will attend the group stage of ESL One Hamburg 2018 but only the very best will make it to the Barclaycard Arena.

Tournament Format:

• Qualifier and invites
  • Twelve Teams:
    • Eight invites
    • One team each from the four regional qualifiers

  Group Stage starts from 23rd with two Groups of 6 teams. Two teams will be eliminated on their standings in the group stages.

• Playoffs
  • The first round of the Upper Bracket will not be played on October 25th
  • The rest of the playoffs will be held at the Barclaycard Arena from October 26-28
  • Double Elimination
  • Top two teams from the group stage will start in the Upper Bracket
  • 3rd and 4th placed teams start in the Lower Bracket
  • Except for grand finals, All games are played in Bo3 Series
  • Grand finals is played in a Bo5 Series
